Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Set up tables so that they will receive maximum benefit from food items.
Work with other servers, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the dining room.
Read the menu for potential allergy problems and advise the manager if any food has the potential to cause allergic reactions.
Be able to converse with customers about the menu items and their preparation.
Perform ID checks.
