Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Concierge to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist in the community recruitment process - Proficiency in computer skills (i.

MS Office Products) - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information - Collect resident requests and complaints, and direct them to the appropriate manager promptly and efficiently - Maintain an organized front desk area, including keeping the lobby clean and tidy - Assist with office management duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
