Maintenance Sales Representative

The Maintenance Sales Representative is primarily responsible for pricing and sales of maintenance plans.
This position is comprised of nearly 100% hunting for new business.
The starting salary is $80,000 for a $200,000 Revenue goal and bonus of 5% of the Booked plan Revenue above the Sales Target.
Also a 1% annuity yearly on previously booked agreements once yearly target reaches 75%.
In addition to meeting sales targets of a minimum of $200,000 in Revenue, the Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for providing cross-functional support to other teams with the goal of providing an exceptional customer experience to our clients.
The perfect candidate will be a highly qualified individual that resolves customer concerns serving as their trusted advisor.
Job Responsibilities Maintenance Sales Representative Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets as set by your manager.
Responsible for sales calls with new customers, performing at least (2) building surveys per week Responsible for producing proposals (2) per week min.
to customers for review and approval.
Review contracts for accuracy ensuring that included items and excluded items are covered and communicated clearly to the service department.
Complete accurate documents for your sold maintenance plans.
Use ENCON's standard estimate tool and proposal format.
This includes contracts and maintenance equipment lists.
Ensure documents will meet our customer's needs and approved contract costs.
Complete visual job site inspections to ensure safe working conditions prior to sending field technicians sites.
Stay up on the latest products and technology in the HVAC industry.
Return internal and external customer calls the same day they are received (even if it is simply to acknowledge the message & let them know when we can address their request).
Enter and update sales opportunities using Service Titan.
Requirements:
Required and Preferred Skills & Experience Maintenance Sales Representative Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Sales experience with a history of meeting high sales targets Customer service experience Highly organized and goal driven Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel) HVAC experience (preferred) Knowledge of Sandler selling method (preferred) Service Titan and Salesforce experience (preferred) Eligibility Requirements Maintenance Sales Representative Employment/education will be verified.
