//www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4Hz29j4mAY /> Job Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the Company. As a strategic leader, this role is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, and driving growth and profitability. The CFO works closely with the CEO and the Senior Management Team and key stakeholders to provide financial insights, make data-driven decisions and drive sustainable business growth. Responsibilities and Duties oOversee all Company's financial activities including financial reporting, financial forecasting and modeling, and cash flow planning. oWork closely with CEO and Senior Management Team to provide financial insights, data-driven decisions and drive sustainable, profitable business growth. oDeliver financial presentations, reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders oOversee all accounting related activities, including timely and accurate closing of Company books on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. oDrive expense reduction initiatives. oLead financing / fundraising activities and manage relationships with banks, investors, etc. oServe as point of contact with CPA firm for financial audits/reviews oEnsure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements and tax regulations oImplement financial controls including relevant policies and procedures. oManage and develop staff including Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst and HR Director oOversee treasury and cash management by managing and monitoring cash flow, liquidity and working capital oPartner with HR Director to ensure compensation, bonus and benefits programs are aligned with Company's goals oFoster a culture of integrity and accountability oPartner with CEO to lead negotiations and financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and establishments of new business units and partnerships. oWork closely with Sales on pricing decisions, revenue and pipeline reporting, development of commission plans, etc. oPartner with department leads and external consultants to maximize value of NetSuite ERP processes, reports, dashboards, etc. oPartner with department leads and outside counsel to review and negotiate contracts/agreements with customers, vendors & other stakeholders. Qualifications o10
years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment oStrong leadership skills with proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives oPrior experience leading and scaling a finance team in fast-paced, high-growth environment oExpert level financial analysis and forecasting skills including ability to present financial recommendations based upon analyses oProven track record of working with cross-functional team to define metrics, set goals, track progress, and drive operational improvements oDemonstrated ability to monitor, allocate and control expenses oStrong working knowledge of accounting standards oExperience with ERP system, NetSuite a plus oDirect experience managing relationships with key financial stakeholders including financial institutions, investors, lawyers and CPA firms. oDirect experience reviewing and negotiating contracts oExcellent verbal and written communication skills oProblem solver and critical thinker mindset. oExperience in medical device and/or capital equipment a plus oBA in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis.
