Leading Southern Connecticut contractor looking for HVAC Sales Engineer w/ experience in commercial replacement sales. Applicants should possess a strong working knowledge of the HVAC industry with ten years experience or more preferred. Position requires building strong customer relationships, organization and presentation skills. Salary and benefits package with excellent earnings potential to commensurate to experience and performance. Successful candidates will have:
Proven/documented track record of achievements in previous endeavors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills (MS Windows and MS Office)
Common sense and ability to make sound decisions

Professional demeanor
Ability to productively work independent or as part of a team
Associates or bachelors degree in engineering helpful
Minimum five years project management in HVAC construction
Clean background, valid drivers license and drug free
Position Duties:
The primary duties include managing job performance to budget, schedule, information flow, and execution of replacement HVAC equipment for our commercial clients.The successful candidate will be able to build relationships, and quickly resolve issues that impact our customers.
