A successful graphics company in the Bridgeport/Stratford area is seeking two Customer Service Account Managers to add to their busy team. The CSR roles are responsible for the daily functions and order management as well as the primary communications between the company and their clients.
General duties include; order processing, customer/client solutions, meeting company standards of quality, and overall account management. CSR's will be responsible for meeting company deadlines, following up efficiently on all open orders, credits/returns, and management of client records.
This is a mid-size company in the graphics/print industry with a positive and open work environment. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to transition to a permanent offer of employment based on qualifications, adaptability, and overall performance.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of effective Customer Service as well as sales.
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, goal oriented, and persistent
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues
- Self-starter, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
