The Sikorsky Strategic Sourcing group seeks an experienced supply chain candidate to join our dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships while exceeding customer expectations. Specific roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the overall leadership and strategy of key suppliers.
Be Sikorsky lead for UTC Company activities with the Strategic Suppliers participate in all UTC meetings associated with the Strategic Suppliers and be part of all its Strategic planning including UTV2 objectives.
Brief Sr. Supply Management monthly on UTV2 Progress for your Strategic Suppliers
Meet UTV2 cost savings objectives for assigned strategic suppliers.
Lead and Negotiate supplier pricing, Long Term Agreements (LTA) and work closely with Contracts Dept to finalize terms and conditions agreements.
Work closely with Program Offices and Engineering and lead resolution of major issues impacting assigned strategic suppliers
Work with Purchasing Management (Product and Aftermarket) and their Buyers overseeing major subcontract management issues relating to assigned strategic suppliers
Continually develop cost savings strategies at both Sikorsky and UTC One Company levels ensuring that Sikorsky strategies and cost savings go gets & needs are fully incorporated in UTC Sandboxes and Sikorsky negotiation plans for assigned strategic suppliers
Developed Strategic Sourcing Review Board (SSRB) material for Sikorsky and with UTC One Company team and present both at Sikorsky and UTC levels
Follow UTC One Company Playbook procedures for assigned strategic suppliers
Arrange, coordinate and conduct quarterly Sr. Level Program Reviews with assigned strategic suppliers invite all owners at Sikorsky level and those at UTC.
Arranged, coordinate and conduct monthly reviews of the Strategic Suppliers with include Purchasing Management/Buyers identifying all issues including schedule, cost and quality and work corrective actions to resolve
Develop and execute strategic supplier initiatives
Lead supplier capacity, fact find, and issue resolution efforts
Develop and implement supplier commodity management strategies for assigned strategic supplier accounts - Develop and lead supplier cost savings and lean initiative projects
Lead efforts to develop supplier rationalization strategies
Address significant supplier issues and manage supplier performance as supplier relationship lead
Develop and implement RCCA plans for significant supplier issues and poorly performing suppliers
Become the relationship owner for significant supplier partnerships
This position may support multiple commodities and may include travel
Other duties as assigned by management.
Work closely with other UTC divisions in creating standard work and building supplier relationships.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
