The candidate should have experience in leading technical minded individuals. He or she should demonstrate success in personnel management while under some level of geographic constraints. : Although helpful, a technical or mechanical education is not required. However the individual should possess the ability to understand some advanced technical concepts, and a desire to learn them.
Candidate does need to have an appropriate level of experience with fiscal management; includes understand the labor dynamic in maintenance job costing process. The individual should be able to develop their own financial indicators for maintenance contracts at Encon.
Maintenance Contract Manager Responsibilities
Position Overview: We are looking for an individual that can make decisions aligned with the values, vision, mission, and, goals of Encon. As a member of Encon's service leadership team, the person should have the ability to build relationships with subordinates that clearly establishes a loyalty to them while setting and maintaining elevated and uncompromising standards.Finally, the individual should be able to obtain formal and informal feedback from customers in order to monitor service effectiveness, identify work process improvements, and ensure that customer needs are met. This person's time will be shared between site and client visits in the field and time in the office.
Plan and prepare all maintenance contracts to ensure they accomplish the following:
The contract should be customized to the client to ensure an outstanding experience. Identify and plan for all unique constraints (particular times/days that work for the client, special areas of concern at the site, etc) and additional potential wow moments and be sure they are continually addressed throughout the duration of the relationship.
Certify that the specific resources needed to carry out this contract are accurately addressed via Encon's maintenance visit completion procedures. This is a full cycle approach that includes everything from how and when the dispatchers make contact to schedule the maintenance visits to accurate parts sourcing set-up, to any follow up contact after the maintenance visit is completed.
Manage contract retention by engage with any and all clients who have cancelled their contracts or might be thinking of doing so
Actively pursue additional maintenance contracts and additional clients
Initially, the position will have one direct report in the form of an administrator
Performance and development of direct reports.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
