Vehicle Description Just in.
.
excellent body with very presentable older red paint, new top and side curtains, very good tan interior, wire wheels, steering box rebuilt, new shocks, mostly new front end work, very clean engine bay, 170 psi compression in every cylinder, no smoke, 65+psi oil pressure, excellent floors, very nice ready to go for Summer classic sports car.
TR3s are very appealing classics, cut down doors, lots of gauges on the dash, wire wheels, 110 mph performance, disc brakes, everything one might want in an iconic country road sports car.
And with the new weather equipment, one might even survive a downpour without getting drenched.
Calipers appear to be fairly new, same with flex lines and master cylinders.
Wiring harness is original but not frayed or worn out.
All original gauges and they all work.
Floors and chassis appear to be very solid and no signs of rot or rust perforation.
With some minor engine bay detail work, sufficiently clean to be entered in a local show (no worry, the prospects of getting a trophy are dim) BUT at least they will (probably) not spit on you and tell you how your car is embarrassing everyone else.
Hence, if you like the concept of owning a clean driver that has clearly had a lot of work done, this could be it.
